If our session times do not suit your schedule or you just prefer to workout in your own time and your own space, why not try our Train at Home program.  Bringing the bootcamp experience to the comfort of your own home.  Minimal equipment and space required.  


  • 3 at home workouts a week emailed to you on Sundays

At home training packs can be purchased from us at cost price which includes:

  • 2 x resistance bands (medium and firm strength) 

  • 1 x skipping rope

  • 1 x booty band


This is all you will need to complete these at home workouts.
